Omar Mizra responded to my text, and we arranged a meeting for the next day. Upon meeting with Omar, I discussed with him what I needed to be done. He listened carefully to my expectations and project information and came up with a very reasonable price. My project was completed in record time and revisions by the structural engineer was prompt and fast. I paid two fees one for Omar and one to the structural engineering firm. This was needed because of the requirements of the car canopies as well as installation requirements as set forth by the building department. Omar recommended and we worked with Bill Wong of Asia Pacific Architectural Consultants. Back and forth communication was done thru e mail with Mr. Wong and I was amazed with the progress of my job. Everything was completed with revisions done by Omar and Bill Wong in record time. From start to finish, starting with my meeting with Omar and getting that Approved stamp by the building department took only 5 and a half weeks!!
