The meeting took forever because Benny did not listen and insisted on continuing to talk, talk, talk. I could not get a word in. After a meeting that took over an hour (that should have taken five minutes) Benny said he would get back to me with quotes and options for policies. He never did. I called back twice to inquire about my quotes and each time I was told "sorry we'll get that over to you" and they never did. I eventually gave up. Benny was a big waste of time and energy. I went to Triple A and they took care of everything the same day.

A very short while later I get a video via email of him going through different offers he found all set up for my house, what they included, etc. It felt like buying house insurance in 3019.
