I have been disgusted with the lack of regard, lack of respect and extreme failure to provide any sort of customer service! I was assured that I would receive a call today following a visit to the store yesterday. I was told that not only would I be contacted, but that I would be receiving a full refund for the faulty pool cleaner I have been attempting to get a satisfactory outcome to since early Dec last year. I have contacted the store repeatedly and each time promised that someone would get back to me............. Dominic, Rachel and guy whose name I don't know but who I have known from Swimart palm beach all assured me they would resolve the issue............. When I was in store I was told that the amount I paid was not able to be refunded? Took my money yet can't give it back?? If the eftpos is good enough to take my money it can surely give it back when active pool supplies fail to stand by their products and their word. I will not be doing business with this company again.

After waiting 4 days for someone to come out the guy told me "yep no problem" i'll have a quote for you later that day. To this day I have still not received a quote. It went horribly and the duties ended up being 5x what they should have been and the sellers rep just barked over everything I said on the phone and then could not understand why I started yelling when she wouldn't listen to me! They responded to no emails for their support. I had hoped to establish a long lasting relationship but, this is not a professional establishment and should be entertained with caution in my opinion.

They largely focus on Hamptons style--think lots of lush white sofas, blue and white ginger jars and chinese stools, nautical stripes, etc--but bring out new ranges of seasonal things all the time too; recently they've done a lot in jungle prints, pineapples, etc. They stock a great range of brands, including Florence Broadhurst cushions and tableware, Keren Brown homewares, and lots more. It's the perfect spot to while away half an hour picking through the stunning displays of cowrie shells and corals before leaving with an extravagantly beautiful ginger jar you didn't know you needed.
