I couldn't give less than one star. It seems that while it's been a long time since the previous review of active pool supplies Bundall, not a thing has changed! I have been disgusted with the lack of regard, lack of respect and extreme failure to provide any sort of customer service! I was assured that I would receive a call today following a visit to the store yesterday. I was told that not only would I be contacted, but that I would be receiving a full refund for the faulty pool cleaner I have been attempting to get a satisfactory outcome to since early Dec last year. I have contacted the store repeatedly and each time promised that someone would get back to me............. Dominic, Rachel and guy whose name I don't know but who I have known from Swimart palm beach all assured me they would resolve the issue............. When I was in store I was told that the amount I paid was not able to be refunded? Took my money yet can't give it back?? If the eftpos is good enough to take my money it can surely give it back when active pool supplies fail to stand by their products and their word. I contacted these guys about a month ago to get a quote on replacing a sand filter and upgrading to a eco pump I also needed to remove old solar tubing from the roof and if possible move the filter and pump 1 metre from current location. After waiting 4 days for someone to come out the guy told me "yep no problem" i'll have a quote for you later that day. To this day I have still not received a quote. Seems it must have been a problem after all. Time wasters! read more

Updated review: Soon after I posted the first review, Active Pool Supplies called me back. Yay! Coincidence? I don't know, but I'm just happy they called me back. They were very nice, but in the end, there wasn't much they could do. They referred me to the manufacturer, who also couldn't really help, but they referred me to a local pool supplier that will need to come to my house to trouble shoot my cell and system -- for the small sum of $95. Yikes! But, I'm a believer in second chances and redemption, therefore I'll cautiously revise my rating. I will trust that in the future it won't take three calls/messages, an email and a bad review before I can speak to someone. read more
