Three days later we get a comprehensive email with a quoted price. He also recommends an order of operation on our work for the summer as we are going to roof and paint. They didn't encounter any big areas that needed additional work under the roof they removed, so it was probably best case scenario, but we were amazed to see the old roof stripped by the end of the first day, and the new roof complete at the end of the second day. They took great care of the property and used metal detecting to make sure they didn't leave any sharp objects in the yard for kids and pets to stumble upon. Great company to work with.
