When I brought it up to the register, the very nice employee asked someone else to look it up. But they couldn't find it in person nor online. So, someone else went to look for it. They could not find it either. So the second person started looking in the computer system. The store manager came over and went to see if they could find it or find out what set it might have been in. All of this took 30 minutes. One of the staff finally said to sell us the pillow using a generic code and at the clearance price that other pillows were selling for. Everyone was very nice and very apologetic but someone needed to have agreed to sell it with a generic number earlier. I have worked retail for many years so I do understand that time moves faster for the employees, and I understand the need to find the item; however, to leave a customer waiting at a register for 30 minutes is unacceptable.

All of them were nice, but couldn't do all of the updates I needed in my budget. Enter Five Star Bath Solutions. I met with a salesperson and very quickly told him I didn't want to make a decision day-of, so please don't sell me. And he listened. In fact, he gave me tons of tips to make some of my less-critical updates still look amazing. He totally respected what I could do within my budget, and found so many ways to make my project spectacular. After my estimate, which was nearly half as expensive as the next closest bid, I was sold. I signed on that day. Fast forward a few weeks and Ken, the owner, worked so close with me to get my schedule moved to what works best for me. I was wowed by their flexibility and how easy they were to work with. Install day arrives, and due to some unforeseen issues we had to delay a day. Yet again, the team kicked it into high gear to make my install work. They adjusted everything - inspection, plumbers, contractor, the works - just to push back the project by a day. And then they finished my project in a single day. I'd ask how, but honestly I'm just thrilled! We stayed in budget, we installed even sooner than planned, it looks STUNNING. And it's guaranteed. So it's everything I wanted, needed, and is set for life. I genuinely couldn't be happier and will be using them for every future bath project I have!
