The scramble station was incredible. Cooking on site was a hit, the buffet was made up of fruit, pastries, potatoes, bacon, sausages, and french toast. The bar featured Bloody Mary's and Mimosas. Marie formulated a theme, based on my request to have s'mores, and her Camp G was such a hit that I'm still getting compliments on 2 months later. Not only was the theme perfect and expertly executes, but with a million other items for me to coordinate at work, Marie was able to take the reigns completely with setup and coordination of the party. She made it so that I just needed to show up! The menu created was perfectly on par with the theme. The food prepared was excellent and many folks went back for seconds. My husband researched several private chefs. A friend mentioned that the chef at Wrench and Rodent caters. It was a leap of faith as there was no menu but rather "chef's choice". Jessica and Davin arrived with a gigantic cooler filled with fish. Jessica set up for service and Davin started to work his magic in our kitchen. We invited four guests to celebrate with us, guests who are very important in our lives. We wanted them to have a unique experience to be remembered. And indeed, it was exactly that. Jessica and Davin worked together seamlessly, a dynamic duo. Course after course was presented with such beauty and grace. The flavor combinations were unique and inventive. We gave them a gift box full of organic fruit from our orchard that contained apples. Davin incorporated apple in one of the fish dishes! We had so many dishes that we had leftovers for the next few days! The generosity of food, sophisticated flavor profiles, and excellent service makes this unique dining experience a definite repeat. If you think this must have been much costlier than the best sushi meal in a restaurant, you are mistaken.
