Without a doubt, if you own a short term rental and are looking for a company to go to any lengths…read moreto reach your home's best reviews and rating status, you found it! Since we started our short term rental in 2021, and after 143 reviews, we proudly maintain a 4.97 rating on Airbnb. Most notably, the majority of written reviews will mention, if not gush, about the cleanliness exceeding expectations. Whole heartedly, we thank everyone at IPS for caring about guest satisfaction as much as we do. The impeccable cleaning service is enough, but it gets better. When ever a problem comes up - and problems ALWAYS come up - Their handy man services are quick to respond and excellent at keeping you informed about the situation until the problem is solved. If you live on the mainland like we do, we also recommend their monitoring service, which makes them available to each guest for any simple needs. This service alone is worth all the peace of mind! As you can probably tell by now, IPS has simply made our short term rental experience stress-free and a joy!
