As a therapist in training, I was so curious about her and her journey that I gave her a call. That was a life-changing decision because now she's my mentor! She roots me on, sees my power and strength, and challenges me in the most loving way possible. She has guided me in understanding and empowering me to channel my most authentic self and as an Asian-American womxn in this white, patriarchal society. Her teachings stem not only from her inner wisdom but also from her personal experience and actions. She definitely practices what she preaches. She is living proof of inner strength, power, and love. Her heart and soul is so real, genuine, authentic, that I can feel my own heart and soul wanting to break through all its layers just so it can be with her. She truly brings the best out of me. She is an incredible role model to me, one that I wish all young Asian-American girls can experience. When I spend time with her, I leave feeling an energetic shift, like something inside of me is either rising to the surface, being healed, being seen, or being loved. Rose is a beautiful human being and a powerful healer. Words in this review cannot capture her impact on my life. You'll just have to experience her for yourself! ;)

Over a period of 2 months, I gradually went from being stuck in a burnout state to a new happier equilibrium in life, with refreshed perspectives on the past and future. I am very grateful to have worked with her through a difficult period of my life and would highly recommend her!

At 33, my relationship with myself, my family and the world looks completely different than it did at 25. Eve is absolutely brilliant in her intuitiveness and her capacity to understand. Not only are our sessions enlightening, enjoyable, and poignant, but most of all they are empowering. Eve has helped me understand myself, step back and look at the facts around me. From the very first session, I felt seen, heard, and held in a space that was both protected and compassionate. Her presence is calm and accepting, while remaining strong and focused. What sets Eve apart is her intuitive ability to understand what lies beneath the surface. She asks the right questions--not just to gain insight, but to gently guide me toward my own understanding and growth. She listens without judgment, offer reflections that resonate deeply, and creates an environment where honesty and vulnerability feel not only possible, but are welcomed. Throughout our work together, I've gained not only clarity and coping tools, but also a renewed sense of self--more whole, more connected, and more resilient. Eve doesn't offer quick fixes; she walks with you through the work, encouraging you to show up for yourself with patience, grace, and courage. If you are looking for a therapist who brings both professional excellence and genuine human warmth, I cannot recommend Eve enough. She has truly helped me change the way I see myself, my story, and my capacity to heal.

We're both driven, passionate people, which sometimes means that we clash instead of collaborating, especially when it comes to giving and receiving feedback. Working with Michael on marriage counseling has been a transformative experience for our relationship. He created a space where we could feel heard without judgment, challenged without feeling attacked, and supported as we worked through difficult conversations. But what truly sets Michael apart is his ability to offer frameworks that are not only tailored to each specific issue we faced, but also unlike anything we've encountered in books or past therapy sessions. These marriage therapy frameworks helped us not only understand each other better, but also uncover our own hidden needs, and how to meet them, both individually and as a couple. When tensions rise, we now have practical, meaningful tools to navigate those moments with clarity and compassion. We're continuing to work with Michael regularly, not just to resolve conflict, but to proactively nurture and strengthen our relationship. We're incredibly grateful for his insight, guidance, and truly original approach.

Michael is great at always arriving to our sessions with a plan or exercise in order to get us talking should my husband and I be dead silent which has happened. He makes sure each of us is heard and understood. The one thing I really like about Michael is no one can give specifics in a session like she said he said. Like he did this last week, or she did that last month etc...This is important or the whole session would be cluttered with accusations when instead we work on how to be a better team and get useful skills. Michael is also awesome at reeling it in when we do go down that accusation path and the session is about to go sideways. We always end with a plan of action which I like. I highly recommend Michael to get your relationship back on track!

Gina's method is to build your personal support network through group meetings, reading self-help books related to your issues, and discussing the findings together. She is like a life coach + therapist in one. At times I used herbal anti-depressants such as St.Johns Wort for depression, otherwise I was able to find relief from my depression and anxiety without medication through our therapy sessions. When I started therapy I used to have monthly panic attacks, now I don't have any and if I do they're rare, maybe 1x a year if even. I have become a better communicater and more authentic person. Gina will take time to learn your family of origin dynamics and understand the underlying drivers that lead to negative coping strategies. She supported me through covid 19 lockdowns and provided a safe space for her patients. Masking and social distancing were followed at all times for our mutual safety. If you are a person who struggles with accountability and want to make real change happen in your life, whatever your pattern or habit is, Gina can certainly help you do that. She draws from a wealth of knowledge and experience. She also helped me create a dream journal which helped relieve nightmares that had roots in traumatic events in my life. PS. Keep in mind her practice is in-person only, and she communicates via phone primarily. Hope if you are reading this you find the help & solace you need.
