First off not an MD. Mr. Davis and I never met yet he still managed to ruin mine and my teens days a few times. As I said, Mr. Davis I actually never met and never even spoke on the phone. Not once. I never even spoke with his imaginary assistant. Not once. He was paid by the ex to do a 12 thousand dollar custody evaluation. After the family court mediator stated the ex should lose all custody and go into therapy. The unbiased family court mediator. These for-hire people are all biased, just so you know. All of them. If you think not you though, your case is a slam dunk, guess again these guys just write what they are told to write. They adopt the view of the party that hired them, and then they learn to sing for the judge whatever that judges' favorite song is. Has been my experience. Very little critical thinking. No concern for the children. It's like a professional witness. Sorry to burst your bubble but there are people who do not care about your kids, they just care about money and unfortunately most of them do this job right here. And they all go to these specious schools, JFK, Alliant, whose ever heard of these places? Are they real schools? I'm sure great people come from these schools but I have met 3 custody evaluators in the last 6 months because, ya know, family court hell, they were all weird, and they all came from JFK University. That's a bit of a coincidence, isn't it? Also, these people should be ashamed of themselves and their profession. They basically attack children. Because the mediator listens to the kids. And the mediator writes a report with what the kids want. Then these guys get hired to refute the report so they have to attack what the kids have said. They try and make it seem like they are attacking the other spouse, usually a woman, but in the end, they are actually attacking the kids. So they are kid bullies. And vulnerable kid bullies.
I asked to have a separate line of communication with him so I wouldn't have to speak with Mr ex-husband and I heard his attorney would be in the call too and I was unrepresented. I tried two or three times to let him and his secretary that I also did not want to be coupled on emails with my ex-spouse. I had no interest in being civil or talking to a man that my teen was now reporting for molestation. So we literally never got past the point of exacerbation and a clear early indication that he was already siding with the person who had paid him, the molesting (and he had been abusive toward me as well so I had little trouble believing it) ex-husband. I simply did not have time for the power trip and the jumping through hoops. People are busy, you are paid to do a job. If you can't accommodate survivors of family violence then what are you doing working in family court?
I mean I'd like to give him more stars than Ms. Urdan and Ms. Wilde who are the absolute worst, but I mean he's still one star. Anyone who writes a negative report about you to the court after never speaking to you one time and just exchanging pleasant emails deserves one star. These evaluations determine child custody so man these people and Frank too will be working off Karma for some time to come.
He was like, copy your ex on every email. I was like, never in a million years, I want nothing to do with him. That's normal when your teen reports your ex for drugging her and abusing her.
He's biased, impossible to communicate with, really made us all just feel bad about things, and he's just a really odd man. read more
