I was respectful and said hello and started browsing. It took some time for me to choose what I wanted to drink. Walked a lap around the rows and couldn't find a snack. Then I came across the mints, deciding which ones I wanted, the old man raised his voice and said " Are you done? " with a tone and delivery of annoyance. Yes,I have a shoulder bag on and took some time to decide what I wanted-- was that a violation of what an average customer would do? What conclusion did he jump to? Startled and frustrated I walked towards the register and asked if there was apple pay available or if it's only a physical card that is accepted. He said a couple sentences with the same harsh tone and very much rushed to the point where it was inaudible. Finally after I politely asked him to repeat SEVERAL times, he slows down his sentence and I understood the message he was trying to get across. A small charge for total less than $6. Was that so necessary? As for the rest of the reviewers, i'm glad you all have felt safe and welcomed at this establishment. I've only been here once with a clear conscience and an expectation of being respectful to one another. To the old gentleman, thank you for showing me that you only want to nurture your relationships with your regulars. I'm holding you accountable for your lack of understanding of how to communicate with a new customer. It is none of my concern whether you had a bad day or not.. Your projection of your misplaced anger/frustration(s) is a clear display of lack of emotional intelligence. You should do better, or don't. It's obvious that they want you OUT of the store!! They are absolutely rude and lack any tact at all. Most of the time they have a Bluetooth in and they're talking to someone on the phone. When I go to pay they're always asking me "EBT??" I tell them "No" and I state either cash or debit. They say EBT very loud, so they're obviously trying to embarrass people. They never say CASH or DEBIT loud, so they've made their point loud and clear. When I cash in my lottery tickets they let you know by their body language that you're pestering them. You can't cash in or buy tickets after 9PM most nights and when asked about the time they start selling tickets again I've been given the answer "Like 8 or 9 in the morning" more than once. This is just an awful store and when a new person starts here, he ends up being awful within 2 months!! It would be cool to see a female at this location, but at the same time, I wouldn't want any female to be exposed to these people professionally. She would either run away screaming or turn into a jerk herself. Don't even get me started on the vapes!! The half gallons of milk are always expired and sour and they take no responsibility for it either. Just avoid this store if possible. Or go here if you like being treated like you're a huge burden.

    The amount of bird poop that is in front of this Walgreens is insane. It's not just a few drops…read morehere and there, it covers the whole front of the building and the walkway. Then when he called me in to give me the shot he continued to chastise and berate me in the closed room. Said he will not give me my shot if he has to look for me again and would not stop he assault of me and continued ranting at me even when I said -you have made your point please quit talking to me like this. He gave me the shot with no warning and then flung open the door to dismiss me without giving me time to put my sweater back on. It was horrifying. If they had not already processed the $200 payment thru my insurance, I would have walked out and never looked back. I was not wandering the aisles, I literally went to pick a single product off the shelf and was within war shot of the pharmacy area and he was with another client when I stepped over to get the product. The rage he had and the continued ranting -you would think I had been Christmas's shopping all over and not immediately available or that I had been holding up other appointments- but they were still checking in the person behind me and had not finished when I came back. No one was waiting for me, just the monster of a pharmacist. Bet he would never have treated another man that way and definitely would not have gotten away with that shit in front of my husband.
