Got there as a guy was walking out he said just go in, I did, 3 barbers, one had just finished the guy, they said to sit down and she would be with me after she cleaned up, so very little wait. Younger gal, she asked questions about what I wanted. I just wanted a good all over trim. She said ok, she would start with a scissor cut and then taper the back with razor. She did a great job, maybe got the back and sides a little shorter than I'm used to but the overall job looked great. I am a part time resident, so will definitely come back here next year.

My husband had an appointment for Tuesday at 10:40am. He got a call on the day of, Tuesday, around 10am that they need to reschedule as the stylist couldn't come in that day. Now we got a new appointment for the following Friday at 10am. We showed up at 9:30am of Friday to make sure that his appointment is there, and found out that they can't find him in their calendar. The lady in front desk says "I don't see your name" and I knew the screwed up.... again! This is not the first time they "lost" his appointment. We just let it go as a mistake and gave them a second chance as he liked a particular hair stylist here. But yet again? Nope. We'll go to another place.
