On March 24, 2026, USA Auto damaged my rear driver-side door while my car was in their care. I…read morewasn't even originally mad about the damage because mistakes happen, and they said they'd take care of it. What frustrated me was how everything was handled afterward. After I already paid and waited around for over an hour, nobody explained what was going on until I pressed the issue because I had somewhere to be. That's when they finally admitted the damage happened. The owner recommended a body shop, so I went the next day. The shop told me they'd need my car for about a week if the part was available, or possibly up to 3 weeks if it wasn't. I told USA Auto that if they wanted me to leave my car there that long, I'd need a rental. They declined. We eventually agreed they would repair the damage once the door arrived and also help get the car smog-ready. Fast forward to April 9th and my car was still damaged nearly two weeks later. I contacted both the body shop and USA Auto. The body shop told me they were still waiting on payment approval from USA Auto. USA Auto told me they'd call me back, but never did. When I called again the next morning, the conversation felt rushed and unprofessional instead of focused on resolving the issue. This is just my personal experience. If you choose to do business there, I'd recommend making sure everything is documented clearly in writing. I also questioned some of the pricing discussions during the process. Before this situation, I was quoted around $1,100 for certain repairs and labor, but later told the issue was only around $30 when it became something they were expected to cover.

The waiting/seating area was also a bit tight, but it was peaceful while waiting for the work to be completed. The atmosphere was very relaxed. There were several comfortable sofas and their A/C kept the temperatures normal during the hot Las Vegas summer! It was nice that they were open until 3pm on Saturdays! Overall, I have to say it was all handled very pleasantly and professionally. The service price was very reasonable also. Highly recommended!
