Once most of the corrections were made, I asked to speak with him by phone so I could better understand how the tax law issue was being addressed in the framing. Instead, I received a generic response that did not directly address my concerns. He then stated that his work was complete. When I pressed the issue further, he responded, "Sorry, I don't deal with those tax issues." Overall, it was extremely frustrating experience, since the tax-related issue was the reason I sought help in the first place.
