I wasn't charged with any crime and they still refuse to return my car. I shouldn't legally be liable for the first 2 weeks of towing since the cops had it under investigation, and then I shouldn't be liable for any fees after the first 10 days due to the towing company not notifying me by certified mail why they towed it and how to get it back. I shouldn't have to pay even 1¢ to get it returned and I was not guilty of said crime they took it for. So why do they refuse to give my car back unless I pay thousands in fees when they illegally towed it to begin with. It wasn't on a roadway it had been parked a month due to needing a part. And it was on posted private property. They stole my car and held it for ransom... How can they do this it's been all.ost 2 years and they won't give my car back when I am innocent!!!!! Im a single mom of two boys and this caused me to lose my job right before Christmas and the holidays. It took me almost 7 months to get a car n a new job.

I have an HHR and my mom and I did business with Pogue with them for years before she passed. She…read moreoriginally bought the vehicle from Pogue. At first the service was good, for about the first year, then trying to get the hassling with upsells. One time I had my tires rotated and the tech didn't even put the lugnuts on tight enough and as I drove away from the dealership, I heard a rattling sound. I drove back to the dealership only to discover the lugnuts were so loose I could move them with my fingers with ease. When I told the service manager and the tech, they told me that it was that loose to begin with and the tech has his that loose. I informed him that if I were to continue to drive that the wheels would simply come off. After repeating this song and dance, and asking him to tighten it up, driving away with the same rattling and repeating the process, they tightened it, only by the time I had to get the tires rotated again much closer to home, they had shorn off two lugnuts from them being far too tight. The icing on the cake was an airbag recall that I had to drive multiple times with appointments so I could get it fixed, only to be told that the parts weren't in, and then the third time trying to charge me for getting it repaired. Don't go to Pogue; they aren't worth your business or hassle to get something simple done.

PREDATORY PRICING!!…read more Asked for a quote to do a spark plug insert. They called, and initially tried to sell a new or reman head, not recommending the FACTORY Ford fix. I personally did the repair on the cylinder necessary, but followed up with asking for a quote to fix the rest. Was quoted almost double the dealer fix, with stipulations that I provide the parts and sealants necessary. STAY AWAY!!! Half the phone call was telling me not to trust other people in the Clarksville area because they're incompetent. I think homie needs to look in the mirror if he thinks he can charge almost double without providing anything but labor. Got a quote from a different mobile mechanic in Clarksville (with good reviews) to do a preventative insert repair for the remaining 7 cylinders for less than the cost of one single cylinder from Free Agent. I rarely post a review, but felt it necessary to warn anyone considering this company. Would give zero stars if I could. Edit: to address this laughable attempt to save face, going to respond point by point. 1. dealerships absolutely guarantee their work. Part of the reason to consider the dealer instead of some idiot mobile mechanic. 2. Your pricing is predatory bc you spent almost 20 minutes on the phone call telling me not to trust anyone else. Someone scared of losing their only vehicle may fall for this trap, it's unethical and a terrible business tactic. 3. Yes you work in the elements like anyone else who CHOOSES to do so. You can't charge more for having to deal with weather. Let alone not bringing tools, parts, sealants, anything but your hands. I did the job outside in the weather perfectly fine, no one is giving me any accolades for doing so. 4. Mobile mechanics have always charged less, that's the draw to use you instead of dealers. 5. Suggesting / insisting on a new head may give more assurance that the repair is solid, but is not necessary without attempting an insert, as that is THE FACTORY FIX. If you are too incompetent to do the job, just admit that. 6. To call yourself the Ferrari of mobile mechanics with one yelp review (probably from a family member or friend) is the best joke I've heard all year.
