Great PT practice run by a fabulous female Dr who is super knowledgeable and compassionate. I've been in for a variety of climbing related injuries. Most have improved significantly since following the exercise protocol. I found them bc they are in network with my insurance (Anthem). But their cash rates are reasonable too. My neurosurgeon prescribed 8 weeks of physical therapy for a ruptured neck disc and severe neck/shoulder/lower back pain. I researched different offices and this one was in network with my insurance. From the first interaction with the receptionist to the PT doctor and staff, I felt comfortable and at ease here. Everyone is so friendly, attentive and checks in often to make sure things were going well during the neck traction and Tens treatments. After the initial pT exercises training, I was able to do them on my own and now have the routine down pat. At first I wasn't sure about the neck traction and Tens treatment but now I'm sold. I do think they helped my neck, shoulder and back a lot. Looking forward to getting a positive outcome from the rest of my PT sessions. read more

I found Pace after a shoulder injury. They were the only office that could get me in quickly. Dr. V was very thorough in her exam and explanation about the plan of care. As I had an upcoming trip I was particularly concerned about relieving the pain and strengthening the area. She listened carefully and prescribed exercises to address the injury and optimize my readiness to travel. Eve was the person who most often worked with me on the exercises. Found Pace PT through my insurance and briefly scrolled through Yelp to vet a few options. Blessed to take the leap of faith to try out Pace PT...it's been a few weeks now and I can say I've had a great experience so far! I've had my fair share of PT providers throughout my childhood, so I definitely know what makes a good provider. Dr. Vidya keeps a tight group with her being the only therapist with support from Leilani, Romina, and Julio. I went in since I've had elbow tendonitis for years now (around 4-5 years) and my ortho recommended I try out PT. Dr. Vidya has specific exercises she has me do during my session, and then will finish off with some ultrasound massaging, stim, and taping (as needed). Dr. Vidya is very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. Although the office is smaller compared to other clinics I've been to, I feel it is completely sufficient to help individuals get back to 100%! Their lines do get busy or they may not have enough resources to pick up the phone. I would email and call again / leave a voicemail. The team will get back to you! I have been a patient at Pace Theroay for a few months now after having a pretty serious car accident where I rolled my car. I was treated for severe pain in my neck, mid, and lower back. I entered the office a bit nervous but hopeful, and was immediately impressed by her body wisdom, intelligence , and very compassionate manner. They don't come any better than Vidya. I had about 6 various therapists and doctors at Kaiser who worked on me or studied my case. It was 8 years of unresolved pain after a back and neck injury. On a 1-10 scale, I was at 7-9 much of the time in the old days, snd was giving up hope. I finally reached out to Pace Physical Therapy after waiting way too long for tennis elbow to heal on its own. I started to see improvements immediately after my first apt. I was a good patient and added the daily exercises into my routine and got better in a very short amount of time. My only regret was I should have went sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Vidya Devarapalli. She is experienced, knows the answer at every turn, and she is the one treating you. At other PT places I've been seen by a 22-24 year old that doesn't have enough experience in my eyes. I like the 1 on 1 attention, she has that mix of care and push that you need from a PT in the office, and gives me the right things to do at home as well. Great PT. My back wasn't doing so great from all the working from home. They showed some great exercises that started my path to getting better. Dr. Vidya is an excellent physical therapist. She really knows what she's doing, what to look for, and how to look for it. She takes her time to listen to you and to explain the exercises and why you are feeling the discomfort or pain that you're feeling. Due to a jogging injury which was not healing, I had experienced foot pain for 2+ months and literally limped in to see Dr. Vidya Devarapalli. She explained to me in great detail how my foot works and the nature of my injury. As a result, I learned that resting my foot was not helping it heal. What I needed to do was to slowly load it up.
