Most…read moreof the staff are knowledgeable about their products and impressive how they can tell you what every single flavor tastes like! I say "most" because the staff at this location isn't what it used to be. First time I walked in there, Dan greeted me like a long lost friend and spent time explaining how the tasting process worked and was very attentive and helpful. All of the original staff were just as awesome. The new kids, not so much. They don't seem to understand what working a retail job means. Not interested in even acknowledging your presence much less try to sell you anything. Especially dude with the gauges his ears, he seriously acts like he's hanging out in his buddy's basement, not at a job. I have gone in there and sat there ignored for a good several minutes (even after he made eye contact) and listened to him be insulting and condescending to customers that weren't considered his friends, all while sitting on his behind. I try to get out of there as quickly as possible now if the original GOOD staff aren't there. Besides the "I don't wanna grow up" employees, everything else about this place is great and highly recommended! UPDATE I have been back once since my review was written and my one negative issue had been acknowledged. Thanks management for that! I can now say the place is perfect and updated to 5 stars!

She is knowledgeable, friendly, and very welcoming. The shoppe itself has something for everyone. It's set up beautifully and there are little surprises everywhere you look. As if that wasn't enough, there are beautiful treatment rooms for massage, crystal healing, reiki, etc. Another separate large room has the shoppe being able to offer classes on various subjects. There is plenty of parking, which is absolutely a fabulous bonus. I've been to similar shoppes around the country, but I have to say the Tree of Life Shoppe is the most diverse with their products and most welcoming. Sherri is happy to ship if you are not local or if you prefer to shop from home. (Fabulous website!) Now that I have moved to the area, I am so happy to be able to visit the Shoppe on a more regular basis. Thank you Sherri for the hospitality and sharing this gift with us all.
