The building was easy to find, but I had to call Ebony upon arriving because her shop is located in the basement and I couldn't figure out how to get there based on the door I entered. She should probably provide instructions to let clients know which door to enter and how to get downstairs when she confirms appointments. It was actually kind of scary down there to me since it was dark and there were no other offices open in the basement. As other reviewers noted, Ebony is super sweet. Very accommodating and personable. The actual room where she does the facials is really small compared to the other place I usually go. I actually mentioned to her how short and narrow the table/bed was where you lay for the procedure. The table is also right next to a wall, which is unusual as well since other places have enough space to walk around as you lay down, to provide other services, like massages. The facial was fine, but not as extensive as the ones I usually get. It's important to note that her prices are also half the cost of what I typically pay. Definitely not a luxury experience, but ok if you need a quick, cheaper facial that takes care of the basics.

The owner treats Groupon customers like second class people. My girlfriend went into the shop recently and had several issues. After catching on and calling it out, only then did they offer to finish the deal as was payed for. Steer clear. They apparently want your money without actually being deserving of it.
