This time I asked him to power wash my whole house and wash the windows, and I was blown away by the job he did! This is the first year I haven't power washed my home by myself, and I will never go back to doing it myself. My wife and I purchased a new home in Eagle Rock and had difficulty finding a cleaning service to…read moredo a deep clean on the property prior to our move in. I decided that EMC was the only service that may be able to handle a larger home and booked with them. Very disappointed in the work. I specifically requested a deep clean with attention paid to the kitchen and bathrooms. I also requested the floors to be cleaned along with the windows. Most of the floors were cleaned well but many were not. All of the windows were done well. The kitchen and bathrooms were only wiped down. Neither the refrigerators nor the oven was pulled back to clean their sides and the flooring underneath the appliances. They did offer to come back and we did our best to show them the deficiencies and they did what we pointed out but much was lacking. It was clear that they are not capable to do deep cleaning. They are fine for weekly wipe down of commercial spaces because you don't live at a work place and no one really monitors the details. As far as house cleaning they are not the company to call. I paid $1500 for a very poor job. Lesson learned. As a side note, they are very nice and friendly but that only goes so far. I should have been offered a refund or better yet they should have never accepted the job.

The power washing itself appeared to be done decently but I was extremely disappointed by the lack…read moreof care taken around my inground pool. A significant amount of debris from the power washing ended up in the pool leaving it in terrible condition. I tried cleaning it twice with a robotic pool cleaner but it wasn't enough. In the end, I had to hire a professional pool service which had to significantly lower the water level and perform extensive cleaning to restore the pool to normal. This resulted in an unexpected expense that could have been avoided if proper precautions had been taken. When I contacted the contractor his response was basically sorry to hear your disappointed - I did my best. In fact, rather than take responsibility, he deflected responsibility by suggesting several excuses which were not true. While I appreciate that accidents can happen, I was disappointed that he took no responsibility for the additional expense I incurred and made no effort to offer any type of compensation or resolution. I understand that some debris is unavoidable but homeowners should be able to expect reasonable care to protect their property. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward power washing job ended up costing me additional time, money and frustration. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone with a pool to discuss in advance what precautions will be taken to prevent debris from ending up in the water.

Scott showed up a few minutes early to our home inspection and consult. This was already a good sign as most contractors tend to run late and not care about your time.
