So far it's been well. My child teachers are very sweet and kind, But I'll update after 30-45 days of our child being there.

This is the second time making the drive up here to see the snow while visiting family in Vegas…read more There are quite a few stops, parks, picnic areas, scenic areas and turn outs to pull over and let the kids enjoy the snow. The roads are salted and cleared and we always feel comfortable driving even though we have AWD. There was law enforcement posted closer to the bottom of the mountain enforcing speed because they flagged us for going too fast, apparently so that's also great knowing they are there trying to keep people safe. Easy drive, albeit a little far from the hotel we stay at, but definitely a must visit during the winter/early spring months. This time it wasn't actively snowing, but there was a good amount higher up and it was FLUFFY snow!

We are avid National Park and State Park goers and love to travel all around to ho hiking and see…read moreas much nature as we can. This is one of the cleanest and nicest state parks that we have been to. The Visitor Center is absolutely awesome. They have clean bathrooms outside. They have a great gift shop. And they have fun things for the kids to do inside as well. The art on the window, where you have to look through a panel that looks like sunglasses was my absolute favorite. I am still in awe of it. The woman who works there was so very helpful to tell us about which hikes to go to and what would be the right level of hikes for our family. The man who was sitting there was also very kind and let my son pet his dog. I would absolutely go back when visiting Las Vegas! Even if you have just a couple of hours, this place is worth the trip.

My son has been attending this school for 2 months. We go 3 days a week, they helped my son adjust…read morefrom being home 24/7 to being at school half time and were very supportive. They frequently update the app throughout the day to update you on how your child is doing. I appreciate them making an effort to keep parents informed. The facility is secure and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Melissa the assistant director is phenomenal and very understanding. I trust this facility and would recommend it to friends and family.

Taken from my google review 8 months ago…read more ----------------------------------------------------------------------- It took me several months to provide a review but I wanted to do so after some time of my experiences with Creme de la Creme. The first few months were great due to the teacher we had for our child. When new management and the closing of another facility took place, it went horribly wrong. The lack of training of new teachers is evident and the lack of communication between staff is awful. You could feel the tension in the air as you walked in between the staff and management. Several incidents took place and that's when I had it enough with this institution. First, we had asked repeatedly for months to not move our child until a suitable teacher we requested was available. (Mind you, we requested 4 times.) It was ignored and our child was moved. Upon picking up our child, they had no idea what classroom he was put in nor had any record written anywhere. When they finally found my child, he was confused / scared of their new surroundings. I was beyond upset and scared for my child to put in a situation where we had asked for months to not do so. Next, our child had an bathroom accident and apparently unable to change him. I was never contacted or left a message of the incident. Upon arriving, my child was there watching a tv show with no pants/half naked in wet underwear. I asked the teacher why wasn't I notified, response was, "We told the director." Director was unaware and brushed off the incident as a lack of communication between the management staff and teaching staff. Finally, kids are kids, I get that. But when another child bites your kid more than once, it is unacceptable. I was assured the first time it would will not happen again and the other child would be closely watched to ensure it would not happen again. Another two incidents took place. And believe me, I was beyond not having it. If you're looking for a responsible business/staff to take care of your child in environment that is safe for them to learn... This is not the place. It is expensive for a service that could potentially harm your child. There are far more better & acceptable places to go than this place.
