She took her time, made sure I felt no pain (some techs file way too far down ), and was extremely pleasant to talk to. It's also important to note that she explained the entire process to me as she went along and I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was about her work. Then she told me she does continuing education & teaches! If you're looking for a new tech look no further. This is your girl!

I will never cheat on her and always make my next appointment before I leave. She is always professional and listens to what you want and accomodates...not just listens and then does it the way she thinks it should be done. On February 11th, I went to Carol Marshall Salon and Day Spa to have my hair dyed. My color at the…read moretime was brown and I wanted to have the ends dyed blonde with a few highlights throughout. By the end of the coloring, my hair had blue patches throughout my entire head ( when I've never once dyed my hair any other color other than blonde or brown ) I had previously dyed my hair about a month earlier with a box color just a basic brown and they said because of that it was my fault. It was all over my head but they assured me that if I came back, they would fix it. I went back a week later to have it corrected and it actually seemed to make the problem worse and I still had blue patches in my hair. Because of these blue patches, I had to go to another professional to have my hair dyed brown because absolutely nothing would cover the blue. This professional said there was absolutely no way that I could have acquired these patches myself and that the girl who did my hair the first time had clearly messed something up. On March 31st after getting my hair dyed brown, I asked for a refund for the damage done to my hair. The owner was not there and so I left my name and number. She did not call me back and so on April 1st, I had to call again and the owner adamantly refused to refund any of the money that I had spent at the establishment and again said it was completely my fault for having blue patches. I also filed a complaint with the better business bureau because of this horrible treatment. I advise never stepping foot in this horrendous "salon" if you don't want to absolutely destroy your hair and waste your money

Surprised my hubby with a couples massage - which I asked for - but we were in separate rooms... Okay, not what I had in mind but whatever. I specifically asked that we both get DEEP TISSUE/FIRM PRESSURE, was told on the phone that "Yes our therapists do that" and also requested when seeing the therapist to have firm/deep pressure. Really? I can massage my own knots better, and it wasn't even relaxing. Sorry Marshall's but it's time to do something new - maybe time for Tabatha's salon takeover? The "image" is also exactly the same for the last 10 years inside, and the parking lot was empty. I don't like to see this, but it's probably time to do something new and bring the clients back!
