I've only been here twice, but have had more compliments on my hair both times than I have in the past 5 years. I have thinning and fine hair. There was little to no fading, the shape was killer- we just decided to go darker! Holly has been doing my eyelashes off and on for several years now- which are just absolutely incredible!!! Her quality of work and attention to detail are hands down the best around these parts! And trust me when I say it's VERY difficult to find folks who do eyelashes that don't look like caterpillars sitting on your eyeballs! (But if that's your thing, it's all good!) This is my second time doing micro blading on my eyebrows with this awesome woman. Holy moly!!!!! I feel like a new person!!!!! The picture speaks for itself- eyebrows are ON POINT! Above all- Holly is just absolutely amazing. She's thorough, takes her time, answers any questions you may have and is open to trying something new or working through a problem. She's professional, very reasonably priced for her quality of work and so damn nice and most importantly- SHE LOVES WHAT SHE DOES! Go see her- I promise you won't be disappointed!

I am traveling through the US and had family in Lake Havasu that we decided to visit for a month…read more It has been a while since I have been at a place long enough to attempt setting up a haircut with a salon so I did a search to see salons with good reviews. I did note that there were some reviews that indicated that they had problems receiving return calls but overall Main Street Salon had great reviews. I called, the receptionist was very friendly. I explained that I was traveling and staying in the area for a short while longer, and hoped to get a haircut scheduled sometime this week. My phone number was taken and I was told that a message would be sent to "everyone" in order to determine who I could be scheduled with and I would receive a call back. That was 2 days ago. I get it. People are busy and booked up. I don't have a problem with that at all if I was told that right up front. Would this be acceptable to any one of them if they required a service? for example ...an air conditioner repair tech? How would each one of the individuals feel if they required a service -soon- and were just blown off? No phone call, just an expectation that help would be provided and dismissed. It is sad to leave such a negative review for a place that I didn't even visit but that's the point isn't it? I sincerely appreciate that the customers that they have currently seem to have a great experience BUT I am also acknowledging the people that have indeed been blown off...it isn't just because they were somehow a "negative" customer. They just weren't appreciated for being one.
