From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. I had a full set and pedicure, and the entire experience was amazing. The salon was clean, peaceful, and welcoming, with such a friendly atmosphere. A special shout-out to Tai, who did an incredible job! He was very patient, paid close attention to detail, and truly takes pride in his work. You can tell he's a perfectionist, and I absolutely loved the results! The owners, Gwen & Ton, were also so humble, sweet, and welcoming. It was such a pleasure meeting them and experiencing their hospitality. Needless to say, I've found my new nail place whenever I'm in Havasu! I highly recommend giving them a try--you won't be disappointed! Thank you, Tai, Gwen & Ton, for such a wonderful first experience!

And I'm not someone who skimps--I tip well and have been a loyal, consistent client. Then I had an emergency and couldn't make an appointment, so I did the responsible thing and called to cancel. The next time I tried to book, they attempted to charge me $172 for a "no-show" fee. $172?! For a nail salon? That's beyond excessive--it's ABSURD. Even most medical offices don't charge that much!!! To put it in perspective, I could get my nails, toes, brows done, and even a massage for less than what they charge here--and that's in California, with tip included!!! I've spent a lot of money here over time, far more than I probably should have, and this is how they treat a regular client? It's honestly insulting. If this is how they handle loyal customers, I can't imagine how they treat anyone else. Completely unreasonable, wildly overpriced, and a very disappointing experience. I won't be returning.
