We called to say we were on our way and someone stayed a little bit after closing hours to get our paperwork completed that night so we could register and drive our new car home that night. We've moved closer to Boston since our days in Bridgewater but those in the industry (auto insurance appraisers, etc) apparently hold them in high regard and have mentioned nothing but positive things. We've changed cars and shopped for better coverage with them. They are awesome at getting back to emails and helping with coverage questions and the claims process.
