Everett Henderson was condescending, rude and short tempered when I had my first phone call meeting with him today regarding picking out individual health and dental insurance. I sought his assistance because I was overwhelmed with picking out an insurance plan amongst hundreds of them. I answered all relevant questions in detail prior to our phone call. When he first spoke to me he said what questions do I have? I said all of these policies look horrible but I said it in a joking manner and explained how they're all super expensive and then I carried on with the conversation. I'm aware they're expensive but he clearly did not read my email about what I'm looking for, what I'm paying now and he was not willing to work with me or explain my options. Instead he hung up on me midsentence when I asked him directly if he was even interested in working with me? Simple question to somebody who immediately sounded annoyed by doing the very job he's supposed to do. read more
