My facts and evidence are stronger than 99% of the "purely speculative" cases they do take. This is why I insisted on them telling me if they would take cases against a government BEFORE setting up/paying for consultation. As I predicted, the immediately declined to have any involvement with an opposing party is a governmental entity. Had I not pushed for a response, I would've been out $500 for their firm to just tell me that they don't take cases against the government. I found that disingenuous to nickel & dime prospective clients like that. NOT RECOMMENDED.

While firms have the right to choose their cases, $250 is a significant amount to pay for a simple 'no.' It feels like the firm prioritizes collecting fees over performing a basic screening to see if a case is a fit first. I suggest others look for a firm that values your time and money enough to do a preliminary check before charging you.

From our initial consultation through every follow-up conversation, they were professional, experienced, transparent, and genuinely caring. They took the time to clearly explain my options, laid out a practical path forward, and set realistic expectations without the exaggerated promises I encountered elsewhere. Throughout the process, Jenny and Todd were incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to protect my interests. During a particularly challenging period of health recovery, they helped ensure the company remained accountable while negotiations were underway, giving me the space and confidence to focus on my well-being. Most importantly, they delivered exactly what we discussed from the beginning that's a strong outcome with a win-win resolution for everyone involved. Their strategic approach, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. As this was my first legal matter, I couldn't have asked for better advocates. I would gladly work with Jenny and Todd again, and highly recommend them to anyone seeking knowledgeable, trustworthy, and effective employment attorneys. They did an amazing job, and I am sincerely thankful for everything they accomplished on my behalf.

But even in proving that, my employer could have had my unemployment payments denied I learned if I did not explain clearly to unemployment when they called to get my side of why I had said I was fired unjustly, Paula explained to me. Also, my employer terminated me over a code of conduct, an unsafe setting, using unspecific wording of how I made the setting unsafe...fortunately Paula helped me recall important details of the "unsafe setting" that proved it was not as my employer portrayed it in my termination letter, not unsafe/a major violation...and I had needed/still need that recent unemployment assistance since after 8 interviews for my professional/salaried job in the education business, I have yet to find an opening for, no small thanks to my employer tarnishing my resume, my reputation from releasing me without justification, which ended up making that phone call consultation with From a real employee in the profession of education, I needed Paul Mack's help, glad I paid the affordable consultation fee for 30 minute consultation that had been over an hour, closer to 2 hours, if you factor in the time Paula spoke to me before the actual consultation. You most likely will need her help in preparing you for the unemployment investigator to determine if you were fired justly or unjustly, if you should or should not receive that needed income while you look for another solid job. I wrote a lot since I am very appreciative of her help and had a lot to say about the entire experience. Sincerely, a real person who had been really stressed out until I won my claim!
