The shop sells all sort of items related to DIY jobs. The price are very reasonable and the staff have often helped me find the item I am looking for. It is hard to find items inside the shop as it is a bit dark and disorganised. The shop is cram backed full of items which makes it hard to see the items available. They also sell some larger items such as patio slabs, fence panels etc. They offer local delivery but there is a charge. There are usually a couple of young members of staff outside to assist with loading the car and getting items down from on racks. The staff are all very helpful and polite although they do look very scruffy but I guess it is a job where you would get very dirty. There is plenty of parking available at the shop. The shop is not suitable for wheelchair users and the shop is over crowded with products and the walkways are not wide enough.

Remember to also add on installation as this is not included in the prices displayed/offers. Staff are friendly and keen to help but are let down by the location and products.

Despite this, I hesitate to give them 5 stars because although some of the staff are really friendly and helpful, others can be a bit 'offish' and on the few occasions when we've had problems with stuff, although we haven't caved in, both myself and my husband have felt that a bit under pressure to back down and accept what had been supplied.

Over the years that have added more and more stock to the same sized space. Whilst you can go in and find nearly everything you may want or need, you will struggle to go around the piles of stock on the floors as well as shelves. It's always cold in the shop which is a shame as it puts me off sometimes from going in. The staff are always lovely though and give you a smile.
