Randall responded within 20 minutes and was on his way. Within an hour our broken toilet was fixed! Had fair estimate of cost, was respectful of property and performed the job quickly. Used plastic sheeting to ensure they didn't make a mess. Evidently the last plumber did not seal it correctly and it took longer to fix because of the prior work performed. However, Randall did a great job of fixing everything! He also looked at our other toilet and honestly stated that it was fine and might need maintenance next year. Will definitely be having him come out again next year and recommend to our neighbors! VERY satisfied!

After purchasing a cozy, older house a few years ago with polybutylene pipes (prone to catastrophic…read morefailure), corroded fittings, and highly acidic well water...we knew that major plumbing work needed to come to the top of our to-do list, but so many other repairs kept jumping to the front of the line. Well, Friday night we come home after work to no water and open the crawl space to find the pipe connecting the well pressure tank to the house has blown...so lucky we found out within a few hours and were able to flip the breaker and start removing the standing water with a shop vac. Lying in bed after that (after cleaning off with baby wipes, because we've got no water) we are SWEATING the price of emergency plumber service. Why does this stuff always happen on a Friday night? I mean, we like camping. We can probably make-do with no running water until Monday, right? I was shocked and thrilled to get a reply from Bruno's Plumbing within minutes of contacting them that night. And they were willing to come out the very next morning for a price that made us forget talking about which friends house to shower at this weekend. The next day, Randy and the guys clearly explained the issue and had it fixed and our water back on in no time. Impressed with their knowledge, the quality of their work, their responsiveness, and their commitment to keeping costs reasonable...I had them take a look at a quote we had done for re-piping the whole house back when we bought the place a few years ago. They beat that quote by more than $1500, threw in some extra toilet bolt tightening and hose bibs from the honey-do list...so we hired them on the spot to come back in a few days and get all of that polybutylene out of there! (And, for the record, the quote that we had was low-to-mid priced for our area and several years old. If I'd gotten a quote TODAY from a typical mid-to-high priced company, I'd be writing that they beat it by $5000+.) The team made quick work of it on a Monday afternoon, and a stressful Friday night turned into checking a major issue off the to-do list thanks to these guys showing up and being awesome.

While an estimate was provided, when we asked standard clarification questions about fixture appearance and scope prior to installation--important since the work was for an elderly parent--the company declined to provide additional details or photos and stated they could not answer the questions. Clear communication and transparency are important to us when work is being done in a family member's home. Repeated misspelling of my name in correspondence also raised concerns about attention to detail. Due to these issues, we chose not to proceed. Others may have different experiences, but this was ours.

Their conclusion was to replace the hot water heater which they were going to charge $$2500 to do. Which is a ridiculous price on a $400 water heater. Turns out, the problem was a bad breaker in the electrical panel. Once replaced, all is well. They should have determined that immediately. They even refused to give any kind of refund even though they didn't resolve the problem. Will never use them again! Prices are through the roof and they will not work with you to resolve a problem.

Brian and Tyler responded and could not proceed without shutting off the water to the whole apartment complex. They were very thoughtful not only of myself but other residents and notified my apartment managers of another date. They explained that they would have to cut a hole in the wall to fix the leak. They asked if I had any other issues and I just rambled about the old tub and the fixtures. When the young men returned at a later date, they were very professional. I came back to no leak AND they even put in a new spout and shower head for me! I was really pleased. I could tell they tried their best to clean up any messes from the wall and they wiped down my tub. I was super pleased with their work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail (both visits they wiped their shoes before coming in!) Business or personal consumer, I would recommend anyone to this organization. I called and spoke to Miss Christina about how well these young men did. Great Job Brian and Tyler! Side note, the hole had to be patched up by my apartment complex. I am not sure if this business handles/specializes in wall repair but that is something to consider when fixing plumbing. Overall great experience

I called after two hours, she says the technician didn't respond to the ticket so she'll try again. Wade Hardin Plumbing called me back TWO DAYS LATER and left a voicemail saying they can have someone come look at my garbage disposal. If they were busy they should've been honest and not have wasted my time, it was an emergency, our hard wood couldn't have handled half an inch of water for two days and how can someone live without a kitchen sink for two days? Let alone a family of four.

Two days later no hot water. At the third visit the tech informed me that there was a leak at the top of the tank & the water heater needed to be replaced. Meanwhile I had paid for two service calls that did not fix the problem. When a friend later viewed it for me he was surprised that any service tech would have done anything to try to repair it without advising me to replace it instead. The heater is obviously quite old, heavily rusted at top and bottom, leaking at the top (none of this mentioned by the first two tech visits). And the final straw was their quote to replace the heater - $250 more than than 3 other companies that gave me quotes.
