Turner lumber Ace hardware of Moab review is two thumbs down if you are in need of purchasing paint…read moreproducts I highly recommend that you go anywhere else besides Ace Turner lumber of Moab after nearly $2,000 and paint purchases this store could not get the color right their own color I mind you they're very own color on their own paint chip they could not make correctly costing me thousands of dollars in labor and a business that was open to the public had to endure the ongoing painting to repair and correct the mismatch Miss tinted paints that they continue to provide at this particular outlet I would recommend that you go anywhere else besides this particular store they don't know how to mix paint and when I called them to correct their error they told me do what I want with a paint they were going to fix it again a second time they're very own color chips for their very own product that they missed tinted and they would not replace a second time though they mismatched it missed tinted twice providing me with the wrong color twice and refusing to make it right upon their second strike this after thousand a couple thousand dollars of paint purchases don't let any locals who watch this stuff deter you by suddenly posting wonderful reviews of this store this store has workers that are inconsiderate rude conceited and unable they're incompetent unable to make colors at Ace provides their customers from their own color deck take it from me a man who has made a couple thousand dollars worth of purchase a huge mistake I'll never do so again I'll never go to Ace hardware for paint products ever again unfortunate thing is here in Moab there's only a few outlets for paint there's Walker true value and PPG I highly recommend you try either one of those before you go to Ace I believe that true value can do a better job no PPG is a little more costly I'm sure that you would get the desired result instantly from the paint store but if you are on a budget go to true value before you go to Ace I give this store two thumbs down and would not recommend it to anyone. It was the wrong one and it needed an adaptor, which of course, they did not have in stock. Asked for a refund, and it "has to go through corporate". I am still waiting for my refund "check", and once it comes, I will then have to go to the bank to cash it!! One purchase, and it has wasted at least 4+ hours of my time. I am a local and I can tell you this is not the way to do business. I will never shop here again.

I went to CJ's Do it center in Price, Utah yesterday on 9-22-2024 to try to find out what happened…read moreto a package I had dropped off and left in their care as they are a UPS drop off location. The gentleman that was there was extremely nice, and told me that he had no idea in regards to my lost package and asked me to come back tomorrow 9-23-2024 in order to talk to his manager to see what she could do. I should have gotten his name so I could boast on his pleasant attitude and the help he gave me. He is the only reason I have given a 2 star rating. I walked in today on 9/23-2024 and started speaking to the manager Melissa as I was told to do yesterday. She immediately started cutting me off and telling me not to yell at her as I tried to ask a question and yet she was the one raising her voice. I only started doing the same because she would not let me get a word in and started giving me a list of all these reasons why the package wasnt in her care because she's been gone and how they're a hardware store that doesn't even want to do this. I have worked customer service before. I know how crappy it is, especially when something goes wrong but the way she handled it was incredibly unprofessional. The reason people come at them about the UPS stuff (regardless of them wanting to deal with it or not) is not because of any issues with the service itself, it's because of people who jump the gun like her and cause the customers to become more upset than when they walked in when customers are just trying to figure out what happened to their stuff. I can be extremely patient in these situations but if you start raising your voice to me and cutting me off like that then you can bet your bottom dollar I'm going to return that attitude. I have NEVER gotten upset like that with someone when trying to solve a problem like this before and I have had plenty myself working in various customer service jobs since 2013 and dealing with all manner of upset customers due to store policies that have absolutely nothing to do with me. I will be filing a complaint with the company and will NEVER go back in that store to use any of their services so long as Melissa is the manager.

We checked out all the Moab stores looking for some Moab attire to take home with us. We were…read morewarmly greeted when we walked in here. And they had beautiful clothes. Very high end. North Face, Mountain Hardware and Under Armor with Moab designs on them. Very cool. The prices were higher than a no name shirt but the quality was much better also. In the back of the store there is a clearance area and clothing in that area is 50% off. You can get those same high end brands at a price not that much higher than the no name shirts at other places. Sadly the other reviews are from 8 years ago. We did not find them applicable at all. Both ladies working at the store were extremely nice and helpful. One of them even told us about their new store that they are opening and held our stuff that we were interested in while we ran over to the other store to see if they had something we would love even more. If you are looking for high end and quality name brands, this is the place to shop.
