    We initially hired R&R for laundry services (for our home). We were happy with Sable's laundry…read moreservices and decided to use R&R for full cleaning services. We weren't home for our first cleaning, but we left notes detailing what did and did not need to be cleaned. We also labeled our doors and cabinets (and, notably, it wasn't Sable's first time at the the house). We when got home, I couldn't tell if the cleaners had come or not. At first glance, it didn't appear that they had. The floors hadn't been swept, dishes weren't put away, and the downstairs bathroom wasn't cleaned. I went upstairs and the only rooms that appeared to have been cleaned were the master bath and bedroom. Simply put: it barely looked like cleaners came at all --much less that the house had been professionally cleaned. I reached out to the owner, Terry, to provide him with feedback about the cleaning and to show him pictures of the unswept floors and uncleaned bathrooms (texts attached). His response was that since we weren't there, the cleaners didn't know what to do. (It seems obvious that they should have at least cleaned the bathrooms and swept the floors). I would have expected an apology or offer to come back and complete the job; instead, I was blamed for the cleaners not cleaning. I told Terry that I left notes (with my contact info) and that someone could have at least called me for further instructions if they were unsure. I also told him that if he didn't know what to do, he should have rescheduled rather than not complete the job. He did not respond. I told Terry we would love to have them back to go over everything with them, but of course we weren't going to pay full price for the unfinished job. (Texts attached) Again, not even the minimum of cleaning the toilets and sweeping the floors were done. Terry didn't respond to that message, either. Given that Terry (1) didn't take any responsibility for the unfinished cleaning - which, he admitted they didn't do because they "didn't know what to do" and (2) didn't provide ANY level of professional that I would expect from someone that I let into my home, I told Terry to remove us from his cleaning schedule. He responded "will do" and immediately invoiced us for full price cleaning services. In response, I told Terry that we would pay for the laundry and for cleaning the master bedroom (apparently they made the bed) but that I wasn't paying for full cleaning services because I didn't receive full cleaning services. Terry responded - "No way, I'll send it to my lawyer. They will put a lien on your home." (Text messages attached). I'm sure Terry didn't realize, but I am a lawyer and this threat got him (and will get him) no where. In summary: (1) Terry's cleaners didn't clean our house because they "didn't know what to do" (even though I left notes and they could have called for further instruction, but did not); (2) Poor customer service; (3) invoiced at full price for partial services (4) threatened to sue us. **Note: We chose this Company based on the high number of great reviews we saw on other sites (including Angie's list). We were disappointed and surprised that we did not have the same great experience.

    This carpet service is the best I have seen in awhile. They cleaned things I didn't even know…read morewhere in my carpet. 5 stars all the way. They were professional and courteous will definitely call again in the future and recommend that if you need your carpet cleaned this is the place to call.

Do not use this company!…read moreWe will soon be providing photos and emails of all the issues we've encountered as we are able. They will take all of your belongings, and throw away things without consulting you. They won't properly inventory your possessions, then they'll misplace things of all value and size -large and small, cheap and valuable. We were reassured many times that they wouldn't throw things away without our consent. They have tried to throw away some perfectly good things, and then when we requested items to be returned but they still disposed of them. Their employees will steal valuable things or at least try to! They even tried to dispose of my daughter's bible -an engraved gift from her now deceased grandmother- it is in pristine condition and is one of the items from our "unsalvageable list" that they wanted to trash but we requested it to be returned and they did, but many other irreplaceable things they did not return when they should've. They will hold your belongings hostage until your insurance company pays for the cleaning of it- our cleaning bill- just for things removed from our home was $24,000, and guess what- THEN THEY BROUGHT IT BACK FIVE WEEKS AFTER REQUESTED WITH HALF OF IT STILL COVERED IN SOOT AND DUST!!! $24,000 just for cleaning contents and they didn't even do half the work. They repeatedly delay and then charge your insurance more for storage when the delay is their doing. They will hire subpar subcontractors that damage your home- the painters applied latex paint to our oil based painted trim. No one truly takes accountability for problems they just make one excuse after another or shift the blame to another employee or department. I am not going to leave out that they have done a few things properly, but what they have done wrong far outweigh those. I would never hire this company again. Those who have failed the most are their contents team, management and the owners. Brian, Wyatt and Roy were all in our home for mitigation , they worked hard and were very polite. Brian was misleading about some of the documents he had me sign right after our fire- and now their general manager is trying to use those against us... saying we gave them permission to dispose of anything they wanted to, yet verbally and in text, they reassured us repeatedly that nothing would be thrown out without our permission. Nicole in billing wasn't good with communication in the beginning but turned it around and was very helpful. Our fire was April 5th, it's September 19th and our job still isn't quite done, we have had servpro working at our house less than 30 days total...since April. These photos are a fraction of our contents that they were paid $24,000 to clean that wasn't even touched. The last two photos are of things they brought to my home that belong to someone else. They all should be ashamed, but they are far from it, even arrogant when responding to the problems they've caused.

Rashid did his best to keep me in good spirits since so much damage have been done from a bust pipe 3 days before Christmas. (Most of our gifts were soak and wet) .
