Rooms were excellent, lovely firm beds with the softest linen and doona, breakfasts were out of this world, with all cheeses, coffees, meats, eggs, pastries and creme brûlée's 5 out of 5 and we will be back - Christmas markets with the family! Hired a bike from around the corner for ease of transport as I have poor knees, simple no fuss. Fabulous brassieres everywhere, great little French restaurants and terrific markets all around. Did a day trip to Colmar and walked this fabulous city that lights up like tinsel town with the whole village. The structure of this building dates back to the 16th Century with a major renovation in 2009! The history of this hotel adorns the walls and they also give you a souvenir pack as a momento!

Overall, I had a very good experience here…read more - The location is good, near the city center, and within walking distance of multiple tram lines. - Rooms are a decent size. - The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. - The shower was good, and the toiletries were of acceptable quality. - The common areas are quite charming. - The breakfast buffet is decent. The only reason I can't give it five stars is that there's no gym, and it's nearly impossible to exercise in the surrounding area. I would stay there again the next time I'm in Strasbourg.

This is definitely on the older side of Hilton hotels based on the looks of the rooms and…read moreeverything, but overall a decent hotel. The staff is super nice. They have a restaurant and bar. Diamond members get access to a happy hour at the executive lounge and free breakfast. Food was alright, nothing super special. It was good for a one night stay. It's a little out of the way from the city center, but about a 20-30 minute walk.

Staying in Hiltons around the world, sadly, this is the worst I've stayed at. So bad that I…read morewouldn't be surprised if they lose their Hilton status soon. We booked two rooms for two nights in August. The rate was reasonable. Check in was easy and the staff member helping us was delightful. That was truly the only thing good about our stay. The entire hotel is outdated, run down, smells of mildew, and feels sticky. The rooms are small and outdated. Both of our rooms had long black hair in different places in the bathroom upon arrival. Breakfast was horrible. They have all the usual items, but it isn't presented well and the space is crowded. Nothing tastes good and the coffee was the worst I've ever had. It truly tasted like the users sewage water. The executive lounge was disgusting too. It's stuffy, dark, and the food isn't good there either. At one or two points in our two-night stay, we didn't have electricity, hot water, nor WiFi. There is a paid parking lot and a tram stop into the old town is a five minute walk away, but these factors weren't enough to redeem our stay.
