Despite being short-staffed, DC Plumbing was able to get my job squeezed in, which I truly appreciated. Going without running water for weeks isn't fun. The crew was prompt and professional and did a great job. I ended up hiring them to install a pressure regulator too. Since the pressure regulator is installed I've had no more random leaks or bursts, which had been a problem before. DC Plumbing and Backhoe get bonus points for correctly diagnosing what another plumber (I'll call him Plumber A) had misdiagnosed as a leak in a sewer line. I'd paid plumber A to fix the sewer line, but after that plumber left, I still had dripping water in the same location. What the heck? David with DC pointed out that it was possible that the leak initiated from my roof vent and was coming all the way down into my basement, rather than the leak initiating in the sewer line. That made sense because the leak had started while I had roofers out replacing my roof. Thanks to DC's advice I was able to get the roofing company come back out and fix the issue with the leaking roof vent. I appreciate the top-notch service, competence and professionalism from DC Plumbing. I think their prices are reasonable as well. Recommend.

I continued to use them because I was happy with their services but then last weeks EPIC snowstorm hit bursting pipes all over town, and unfortunately the sewage pipe in my house was one of them. My other company was booked out for several weeks with no available eta but said they would call me if something became available. So I started calling around and came upon Bufords number on Yelp. They said like all of the other plumbers in town they were booked out but would have the owner swing by ASAP to assess the situation as if it an easy fix they would try to handle it if time permitted. Josh came out and went over the situation. He came by the next day and evaluated the burst pipe and clogged sewage line without charging me for anything. Unfortunately it was not going to be an easy fix, so he couldn't do it that day but said he would try to schedule me the following week. He suggested calling my other plumbing company back and telling them exactly what the problem was he had diagnosed to see if it would help them be able to schedule me sooner as knowing exactly what the problem was tells them how long it would take them to do the job, and he said he had worked with the other company before and highly recommended them if they could do the work before he could. My other company was able to schedule me a few days later with this knowledge and fixed the issues, but before I could call Buford back to tell them the issue was fixed they called me first to ask if I had resolved the problem and said that they would squeeze me in this week if it hadn't been resolved. So while they didn't actually fix the burst pipe they did drop everything to get out here and diagnose it for free, advised me I was using another great company if they could do the work before they could, and then followed up to make sure it was handled or schedule me in. This following a storm when literally hundreds of houses and business had broken pipes throughout town and they were not lacking for business by any means. Great service and follow through, honest business practices and integrity throughout. I still have my other company which I use, but Buford is now on my saved contacts as my backup should the need ever arise. If you don't have a plumbing company give Buford the business as they will work for it. Thanks guys!
