Mainly, because I caught one of their employees deep into our property where they have no right. Now, there are multiple marks and flags in my yard. I have emailed and called them to make sure they are not going to try to excavate on my property and there has been no response. No communication whatsoever (from the beginning). I receive more responses from a brick wall. They don't call or email you, they just come onto your property and mark it up. Pathetic.

I called the manufacturer and they stated it could be done in minutes. What a rip off! 3 week prior, i called them and spent over 400 dollars for a freeon refill. I was told it might or might not leak out. They never took the necessary steps to find the leaks. 3 weeks later, it leaked out. Another repairman at least took to steps to diagnosis the problem which whiddon's should have done but failed to do. Very poor service. I recommend staying away from these folks.
