I've used Negri 5 times now in the last few months. Unfortunately, the previous owner of the house had no idea what he was doing with Plumbing and we had quite a few things that needed addressed. The secretary always answers the phone every time I call and have been very quick to get me on the schedule or even have someone come out the same day! Great plumbers and would highly recommend! read more

Never bothered to respond to my request for service. I waited a week or so then called & spoke to a female who promised they would contact me soon. That was over a month ago. Why keep paying to advertise their business when they can't even get in touch with potential customers who are begging for help? read more

The gentlemen that came and got water for our trailer they where wonderful and didn't quit until we got water. I recommend them 100% because they are caring, understanding, down to business, do whatever it takes to get things done. I'm very grateful and thankful for them to come out of their way to get water to us. Thank you. read more

DC Plumbing & Backhoe

I had the misfortune of experiencing a rupture in the water supply line between the meter and my…read morehouse. Despite being short-staffed, DC Plumbing was able to get my job squeezed in, which I truly appreciated. Going without running water for weeks isn't fun. The crew was prompt and professional and did a great job. I ended up hiring them to install a pressure regulator too. Since the pressure regulator is installed I've had no more random leaks or bursts, which had been a problem before. DC Plumbing and Backhoe get bonus points for correctly diagnosing what another plumber (I'll call him Plumber A) had misdiagnosed as a leak in a sewer line. I'd paid plumber A to fix the sewer line, but after that plumber left, I still had dripping water in the same location. What the heck? David with DC pointed out that it was possible that the leak initiated from my roof vent and was coming all the way down into my basement, rather than the leak initiating in the sewer line. That made sense because the leak had started while I had roofers out replacing my roof. Thanks to DC's advice I was able to get the roofing company come back out and fix the issue with the leaking roof vent. I appreciate the top-notch service, competence and professionalism from DC Plumbing. I think their prices are reasonable as well. Recommend.

This company came and looked but told us we had to make a claim with the shingle company for defective shingles. We did all of this. We mailed the the shingles that fell off. We got a letter back in early January of this year telling us that the shingles were improperly installed. There were no holes showing any nail had been installed to hold them on. We sent this letter to West Plains Roofing. They said they would take a look. They did send one person in Feb of 2024 to put the fallen tiles back up. He told them he looked at the other tiles and they were installed properly. If this is the case, why do tiles continue to slide off with no nail holes as before. We have sent pictures of these tiles to West Plains Roofing. They are dragging their feet. They first said the owner was out of town. Then after a month of not hearing from them, the new excuse was they want a shingle representative to come out an look with them. That was a month ago. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! They don't stand behind their work.
