Very disappointing to see the "new" lack of concern (and/or lack of experience) with the current staff. Good thing there are still other good practices available in our network.

Generally within a day or two. His personality is wonderful! He can make me laugh even when I'm in pain. He spends generally 15 to 20 minutes with us to make sure we have all of our questions answered and he explains everything well so that we understand. He makes us feel so much better whenever we are worried about our health. We have referred many of our friends and family to him, including my mother. She also loves the way he explains what is happening with her health and what his plan is to take care of it. Sean is one in a million. The man was very young and gosh I'm not sure he was a doctor, his name was Erick and he said he hated the hospital and was moving to South Dakota so he didn't care but never say anything to His Girls? He kept yelling at me and talking about His Girls being upset that I had asked the Greenfield office for help because the Sparta place was abusive? I do think the owners can fix this, they have a lot of bad apples in that one place I cannot comment on the others but the others had nice folks on the phone.

This experience today was The Best one that I have had at this facility. I was treated by Garrett Harmon, PA who took the time to listen to me explain my symptoms and then offered options to help alleviate same.
