These are the people that mercy has greeting potential new patients. First impression was terrible. In fact, I'm sure hot blanket escorts to and from the parking lot would greatly improve the patients' quality of life along with the staff taking care of them, notably during the cold winter months. So many doctors offices and clinics have up their game with more friendly decor, artwork, calming colors and less institutional furniture. I hope over time they decide to invest in some upgrades but keep the great doctors, nurses and staff.
