Then they came and fixed something we did not even request on top of our several requests to fix the dryer. Still no trash can, and dont even have a portal to access our bills after 3 WEEKS. I understand things take time, but how much time?!

The maintenance staff are professional and courteous I'm just all in all good people. So I am glad I did not read the previous reviews and just did it anyway because I feel very thankful and blessed to not have a year lease in a place that didn't care about the people that live there and really the fact is, just because we're kind of poor does not mean that we do not have rights or deserve to live in conditions that are livable and this place is more than livable. We had prepaid for a two week stay at Landing Texas. We Live in Califormia. We could not travel do to my Husband having Covid-19. I contacted Landing Administration to request a refund or Credit to use at a later date. I paid $1600.00 up front and never checked in to Landing. Landing would not give me a refund or Credit. I am continuing to fight with Landing to get a Full Refund or Credit. I spoke to so many different people at this company, but noone who could actually make the decision to give the refund or Credit ever called me back. This Company is not good to do business with.
