I felt comfortable trying on the dress in their shop with my heels and the couple hemmed the dress to the perfect length! And when I went to pick it up, they made sure to give me the fabric that they removed in case I could use it for anything. I asked if they could fix this and they offered to fix it and I could pick up the shirt the next day. Went the next day and now there's drops of rust color across the chest and yellow around the sleeve cuffs? Shirt was never worn and now I might have to buy a brand new one. Will be going to a different dry cleaner to see if they can fix their mistakes
