The drawback for us is this place is far from Cabo San Lucas. We took the bus to fully experience the adventure of Cabo (fyi- lots of flagging the bus in the freeway but it's exciting). So after all the high heat and sunburn from snorkeling, the air conditioning and the ambiance here felt like a supermarket food court at home but way better. Imagine being able to drink beer on tap. You can order pastas, sandwiches, tortas, ceviches, sushi, cheese, etc. This place is also ideal if you're needing food items or pretty much anything for your AirBnB. Like I said, it's like Fred Meyer's or a Walmart super center but way better. They sell motorcycles, too! Wish I could have taken better pictures.

There are tons of locations around town, and they are all pretty much the same. I like to come here to get yummy Mexican Coke in glass bottles (if you know, you know) that's usually kept on ice so it's nice and cold. When out in the sweltering Cabo heat especially during the summer, nobody has time for warm soda! They also sell hot food and surprisingly cheap and tasty tortas and tacos if you need a cheap meal on the fly. I love picking up some Mexican snack food, candy and staples that you can't find in the U.S. Oxxo also sells basic staples like milk, eggs, and bread, a small selection of toiletries like soap and shampoo, pet food, filtered ice, and beer and wine. Note that the cashiers here do NOT like taking large bills, so make sure you have some small ones when making a purchase. They also accept credit cards, but spending pesos is always the safer route to go especially as a tourist in Mexico.

Beer has sold out except for the restaurants & bars w/food that are offering takeout only. What a sad day in Baja :( On the flip side of that, I was happy to help my brother out there. He's disabled Vet, he was so pleased that makes me happy I'm doing something right.... Oxxo, we'll they do stay open late & have sodas, water juices and snacks like the 7-11 do. Gotta love that! They are also conveniently located pretty much on every corner:) And you gotta love the services including cashier & full service gas at some stations:)

Oxxo is a steal for drinks, quick food like hot dogs and nachos, chips, and drugs. We won't be buying nonalcoholic drinks out and about because this place is a steal in comparison! They are pretty limited, though. We came in looking for eggs, but they didn't have them, and we checked two different locations. For typical convenient stores needs though, go here and avoid the pharmacies and convenient store type places in the marina because it's super overpriced compared to Oxxo!

Most of the stores carry all the same things at the same prices. I happen to enjoy their café Andatti. I have had better coffee, but this, in my opinion is better than Starbucks as the roast isn't burnt, and much better prices. This one has several flavored creamers always well stocked. Of course they carry all the other usual snacks, drinks, and other basic necessities. I was glad this was very close to my hotel.

The layout is massive and the store is broken up into sections that range from beauty supply and cosmetics to clothing, electronics, seafood, and a specialty courtyard experience. Cedraui is a chef's dream and takes buying groceries to a whole new level. There is a mechanical wine bar so you can enjoy a glass of wine as you select from the vast varieties of specialty cheeses, rustic breads, fine wines, tequilas, refrigerated produce, or even ready made foods. Cedraui offers guests comfortable seating, big screen televisions and excellent customer service and I saw a group of gentlemen just hanging out watching sports on TV in the air conditioned food court. When the mercury rises this is the place to go. I am excited to have so many shopping choices in San José del Cabo.
