Please pick up after your dogs!

This is specifically in reference to the dog park…read more There's a big dog side and a small dog side at this park. You can take your dog off leash and have them go explore, play with each other, socialize (sniff butts), and take in all the new aromas of the park! There's been doggy bags every time I've come, and there's also a place with picnic tables in the shade for you to sit down and watch your doggy or for them to rest in the shade if they need to. They have a short, doggy sized water fountain. You just have to use your foot to turn it on and your dog can drink from it. If your dog is like mine and doesn't like drinking straight from the water fountain, I would suggest bringing a collapsable water bowl for you doggy to drink from. There's obstacles on both the big and small doggy park sides for your dogs to practice on, although my dog is all about socializing (sniffing butts) and doesn't understand the obstacle course cause his training sucks (crud, that's a burn on the owner, which is me). I only urge people to please make sure your dogs are up-to-date on their shots before bringing them here and please don't bring your kids if they are afraid of dogs (one parent brought her daughter, who was afraid of dogs and didn't want one anyone near her). And please, please, please pick up after your dog. I know it's a stinky (get it? :-)) part of dog ownership, but it's still part of ownership. Otherwise, let your dog run free (in the enclosed space)!!!!

*******Update on this review. After contacting ADT to cancel my alarm subscription, the…read morerepresentative gave me a $250 service credit and lowered my monthly payment. The service I received from the tech. was exceptional. Unfortunately one shouldn't have to threaten to cancel in order to get good customer service.************* I have had ADT for more years than I can remember and I'm now rethinking the whole thing. I have already had numerous issues to which they blamed my monitoring service (which was given to me through ADT.). But when I was about to give them up they came and upgraded my whole system for free with and changed the monitoring service. I decided on I'll stay. They made lots of promises but sadly, they seem to have been empty promises. Now, I am having two windows replaced/installed and to put two new sensors on the windows they was to charge me a minimum of $154 just for labor. Sticking new sticky back sensors on the windows $154!!!!! The whole system was free but now that I want to change out two sensors, oh that's $154. I was told when I got the system that maintenance was covered, and when I called to arrange scheduling they didn't tell me it would cost. Only when the scheduler called did they tell me "I don't know if ADT told you but they charge for that". Well I'll just stick my old sensors back on with sticky tape for free, rethink this whole ADT thing and probably go with any other company who backs they're sales promises. I guess I wanted to believe that was ADT. I guess I should have known better based on my history with them already.

Told me to call the 800 number on the internet and they will help me. We are in an upside down world. ADT is a dumpster fire.

Exceptional service, especially by their estimator Chris, and their tech Tom. I got into some…read moreshenanigans last night and punctured a hole into the sprinkler line and had to call the fire department to shut the system down. I called the company that our HOA recommended but never heard back. Called Precision and they promptly gave me a quote, helped me out a little on the emergency pricing, came out, fixed the issue, and got our buildings sprinklers back on. They were so kind, professional, clean, and courteous, so much so that I asked our HOA management to consider them for future annual inspections. Really grateful for the speed they handled everything.

Based on their performance, it is clear Precision Fire Protection respects none of these things. But you don't have to take my word for it... Below is a summary of our two-month ordeal resulting from engaging Precision Fire Protection to conduct a full sprinkler head replacement in our building. If anything is unclear, or you have questions, please feel free to contact me. I'll gladly explain anything that helps someone else make a better, more informed choice. In early October 2023, we were collecting proposals to have 300+ sprinkler heads replaced in our building. Precision Fire was about 30% higher than some out of county competitors, but brought the amount down so we could buy local. We were very happy with this, so we signed a proposal on 10/12. On 10/13, their Project Manager Tom Wilson was to come by to walk the site with a superintendent. He was a no call, no show. He apologized and rescheduled for 10/17. I was stood up a second time. No call, no show. Tom finally arrived the morning of 10/18 to walk the site. He said everything looked good and that we could begin the following week. We had another large interior construction project going on, so I gave Tom the contact information for our site coordinator so that they could brief Tom and the folks at Precision Fire on our site security protocols and procedures and make sure neither Precision Fire, nor the other contractors we had on site got in each other's way. Tom assured me they would make contact. They did not contact our site coordinator. Instead, Precision showed up on Monday the 23rd unannounced. They did not warn us or our alarm company, so they set off the alarms when they drained the system. They left our doors open, so unauthorized members of the public wandered on to an active construction site. During the head replacement, Precision did not properly cover office furniture, leaving black stains and debris on workspaces. The left black stains on the exterior of our building and on a custom hand-painted mural. The flow switch was not properly set upon completion of the job, so staff was called back at night when the alarm went off and the Fire Department was dispatched. Escutcheons and old sprinkler heads were left in piles where they were taken off. Precision took a 15 foot ladder out of our storage, used it, and left it in walkway for our staff to put away. They tossed around furniture and expensive art pieces that had been packaged and stored during the construction. A rented scissor lift has been left on site, covered in boxes of old sprinklers and escutcheons, for the past 49 days. Dear reader, that rented scissor lift is STILL HERE blocking our doors as I write this in December. We have had to call Precision Fire back out several to clean up their messes and to finish the job. We signed the proposal on 10/12, and it is now 12/11. We are still not done. As part of our agreement, we paid to have a five year certification done (it's listed on our contract), but we have nothing to show for it. One of the escutcheons (that we can see) that we've been "waiting on a part for" finally arrived, but it appears that meant they finally found some scrap metal to fashion it out of (photo included). I have phoned and emailed the owner, Art Galindo, and have received no response. As a result, we have no faith in the quality of work completed by Precision Fire Protection and will need to call in another provider to do the inspection and complete the 5 year certification. I will update this account when that is complete.
