Needed 2,000 sq/ft cleaned in a new home and the quote was $325. They ended up only cleaning about…read more750 sq/ft on day 1 (3-4 hrs) to include the kitchen. There was plenty of left over dirt in windows and mold found in the freezer. I tried to negotiate my original quote to half because they only cleaned one large room. They ended up charging me $250 even though they did less than half of the work. No heavy equipment was needed so I was a little taken by the high price just for my kitchen. I would be happier if I didn't find mold after the job was complete. These are very nice people, however, their work and prices are questionable. I was charged close to $80 dollars an hour.
