He made no special effort on particularly dirty areas, leaving them worse than before by smearing the soiled areas. If he was going to charge me for areas he was not going to clean, he had an opportunity to make that clear when I first contacted him. I have not changed my rating because he failed to communicate his method of charging (over-estimating areas for his financial advantage) and I feel he took advantage of my preparation and an inability to get anyone there to do the job that day. I did express concern about the extra square footage and he made no effort to explain, except to imply I had made a mistake. I did not. He failed to communicate and appropriately charge for the area cleaned. Those areas that did not need special attention were adequately cleaned, but for a company that claims to be "restoration" specialists, he fell sorely short.
