His brother (JACK) was born just a few days ago. I have not seen them in MONTHS due to covid and wanted to design something unique. I called PETAL PUSHER this morning, and told them of my design idea and kindly asked if they could produce and deliver today.I know it was last minute and I was pushing my luck. LOVE the final outcome. I had 2 arrangements made: "F" for FORD "J" for JACK I like the colors they chose and the size is exactly what I asked for. My SISSY Is over the moon and my nephew loved it too. +Friendly Staff +Great quality flowers +Awesome prices +On time delivery +Fabulous follow up to let me know its been delivered Will def. order again.

This florist is my go-to for floral arrangements in the Shelton area. Reliable, friendly and…read morereasonably priced, plus excellent quality flowers. My aunt *loves* this florist so I always make sure to order her birthday flowers from here. We ordered a gorgeous purple themed arrangement for my aunt's birthday this year, the website photos do not do it justice. The arrangement we chose was Teleflora's Portrait in Purple standard bouquet (a bargain at $52.95). Why it's a bargain is the most vibrant colored flowers were included along with a beautiful rich-looking blue cube vase. Some of the flowers included cream roses, blue hydrangea, purple alstroemeria, white spray roses, purple stock and lemon leaf. There were several roses that were just opening a little, and my aunt was smiling for days. The flowers lasted quite a long time, they didn't wilt for a while. I love supporting a good local business. They also came to my rescue when I needed flowers for a funeral service, they responded promptly via email and delivered early. They are reliable and their web site has an amazing selection. This is the third time I have ordered from them and I am quite pleased.

Most Seymour downtown businesses along Bank, Columbus, Main, and First Streets are inaccessible; some are "hazardously" accessible. Two have ramps so steep you could tip over backwards on entering. Ridiculous. Even if you can enter, proprietors do not understand or comply with 26-year-old federal law requiring adequate space between aisles. Some shopkeepers hang "open for business" flags so low that they whip faces of blind visitors and persons in wheelchairs as they try to pass under them. This downtown neglects marketing to shoppers and persons with disabilities. The Strand Theater's ramp is a hazard: It has no required guard/hand rails. It is clearly in violation of the now 27-year-old ADA 1990. Downtown Seymour is for "the able" only. Though 26 more senior/handicapped apartments are now under construction downtown (which will bring the total to 38 just on Columbus Street), downtown Seymour is no place for Aging in Place. There is no place downtown (except across the river) that sells items needed for daily living (groceries for example). Recent sidewalk improvements can enable senior/handicapped residents and visitors to tour the downtown district; but they'll just be able to look into windows. They cannot get in. Access to the most elegant downtown restaurant is blocked by huge, "historic" stone steps. There are no handrails! Customers grab the door knob while climbing up or going down.
