Do not recommend. Unfortunately my first drycleaning experience here was terrible. I picked up my order and noticed one of my items (a $400+ jacket) looked completely ruined, even though it was dropped off unstained/damaged. Great alternative to the on campus laundry service. Paid about $400 for first semester for my freshman student on campus with that laundry service -- which was convenient if you don't have a car and prefer for your clothes to not be melted in the dryers. Shocked at how much better Oxford laundry service is for cleaning clothes and removing stains and only $1 per pound. In seven weeks he's had 33 pounds. Guessing his second semester will be less than half of the other service. AND for shirts with collars-- they press and hang them for no extra charge. AND they have your laundry ready the same day. I don't think it would be much cheaper to do it yourself in the dorm! read more

I've been to this location multiple times. Never have had a problem. Today I come in and automatically get asked if I'm washing and drying and that I don't have time to do both because y'all close at 8 and the lady here says she has to start cleaning at 8. I arrived at 6:45 which is more than enough time to take care of business. I don't appreciate the attitude from this individual when all I did was walk in with my things hoping to get them cleaned. I believe the owners should retrain this certain individual on customer service, language use and manners. I am NOT a college student. I am a working adult and would like to be treated as such regardless if the individual at the counter is "sick of this shit." read more

I went to this laundromat on the Fourth of July 2020 after calling first to see if they were open. The girl said they would close at 7 pm. I drove in from New Albany Ms which is 30 minutes away. I arrived at 5:20 pm There was a lady going in before me that had a couple of hampers of clothes to wash. The young girl told her in a very inconvenienced tone they would close at 6 and she would only have time to wash and not dry as if to discourage her. Then she did the same thing to me. I explained that I called ahead and she told me 7. She informed me that now it would be 6. I explained I drove in from New Albany and she didn't care at all. She acted as if she didn't want to there and could care less about me and the other lady. I informed her I would contact the owner and she just looked like she could care less. Nice and clean laundromat. I was specifically looking for wash and fold service. Their rate is only $1 per lb. and same day service too! They even gave me a bag with my name on it. Now it is even easier to throw all laundry into bag and drop it off. Credit cards are accepted as well. read more
