I've adjusted this review from my initial low rating due to the communication from Colonial Oaks and that they did provide the refund in the end, though it was refunded in 3 checks over about a 6 week period. If you consider this facility, I would stay away from their "Enhanced Community Fee". It offers an overall savings, but in my experience it was not worth it! Regarding staff at this facility, everyone was very kind and helpful. However, for us the overnight care was not provided, and this simply did not work in our case.
