The prices are reasonable, although "bankrupt" implies something on par with poundland, its not quite that cheap, but you'll find a bargain. I'm not sure whether a delivery servce is available as lots of the items are quite large and bulky I should think there would be.

The Little Boutique stocks dresses mostly: colourful, sequinned, silk and satin, things that you'd wear for a party, a night out or a day at the races. All the extras and accessories are available with lots of jewellery and hair pieces all laid out on dressing tables. In all honesty, I do feel The Little Boutique is a little overpriced as the stock, while it may be handmade/designer/boutique/one-off, whatever, it can often appear a little, well, tacky, even dare I say tarty, perhaps that's a little harsh, as I say I like to browse here, and the staff are really genuine always saying hello and allowing you to look around freely.

It's a new store and has only been around for several months. It is proving to be immensely popular and definitely holds its own against the other local supermarkets, Sainsbury and Tesco. It's a large store, very easy to navigate around and although it can get busy, it is so spacious that it doesn't seem crowded. The layout makes for a very pleasant shopping experience and it is easy to find everything that you want. Aldi has certainly shed its bargain image, this store is very smart, modern, shiny and new! There are some great bargains to be had. They print a weekly specials leaflet, offering everything from homewares to clothing and DIY equipment. I recently bought a Medion notebook from this Aldi and its one of the best purchases I have ever made! The staff are excellent in this store, the security guard on the door always seems cheerful and ready to help. The staff on the tills are chirpy and friendly and staff on the floor and around the store are more than willing to help out. Overall, one of the best things to ever happen to the area!

Now however, I am deterred from visting Caddick's because it just never looks very welcoming and, moreover, the stock, which is as expensive as I remember, is a little old fashioned and simply never appeals. There is a display of ornaments and glassware as well as jewellery which is high quality and bound to appeal to a section of society. Personally, it's not my sort of thing.

The stock changes quite frequently, and the prices, while I'm no expert on valuations, seems reasonable in the context i.e. you could buy a cupboard in Argos for £20 but these are quality, solid wood, one-off originals! The staff are friendly, despite my chronic abstinence and offer to find any item you desire that you do not find in stock. I believe there is a delivery service and I'm not sure but I presume there would be a small fee for this.

Obviously the standard of the goods sold depends on the goods donated, it's tough times and people must be less willing to give away their property! Fair enough, but the charity shops are suffering a bit! This is a nice big store, the staff are always very friendly and do what they can to keep the store tidy and attractive by way of window displays and stock arrangement.
