This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Their excellent customer service, knowledge of their products and the professionalism of the installers is what made us reach out to them for a second time. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! Especially with how prices have went up on everything. I thought we paid a fair price and they were not trying to gouge us. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

I flip houses on the side and although I am 3 hours north, (lake county indiana) I drive three hours to pick up the counter tops from Osborn's. As you are reading this you may think this sounds crazy. this is why I drive three hours. I deal with flooring stores from Cincinnati to Minneapolis and by far Osborn's is one of the best when it comes purchasing. They have perfected purchasing high quantities of higher quality flooring for really low and below market prices. When they turn around and resell the flooring they do not mark it up to what they could get. I see them sell flooring for a fraction of what the same flooring would sell in Chicago or Indianapolis. Literately the same hardwood priced at 5.50 per ft I know that sells in stores for 8.50 per ft. I even have their counter tops in my lake house. I will get pictures attached eventually.

The salesmen in the showroom were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions about the types of flooring we were considering without being pushy. We made an appointment for someone to come out and measure the old floors. Then, we met Gene, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time to measure the rooms, and do a humidity test on the subfloor of the house. He explained the process, the timeline and he also gave us the estimate. They arrived that morning promptly at the scheduled time, very professional and got to work. Our floors have never looked better, they look brand new! We had grout that was black (eww!) and now they are sparkling white! They not only cleaned the grout, they also sealed it which has made it easier to clean and keep clean. Our wood floors were scuffed and dingy-I LOVE how clean and shiny they are now, our entire downstairs is like we had new floors put in!
