I asked Trinity how i could tell if my windshield wipers needed replacing and he told l me they…read moredon't get your windows clean. I said they do eventually. He said they smear so I waited a week and took notice of my wipers and found they were talking quite a bit of wiping to get clean. I talked to him the next week and told him that they were bad and I'd like to replace them. I informed I him what my car was and I would stop by after my meeting. When I drove up and walked into the store, his employee had the wipers in his hands and went out to install them as I paid for them. I was in and out within 5 minutes. The wipers were extremely affordable and worked amazing!! They cleaned the windshield the first swipe. The customer service (speed, installation, and warm interactions) was second to none. The pricing was reasonable as well. He didn't make me feel awkward for not knowing about something as simple as wiper blades. I would definitely recommend Trinity and this store! When you stop by, ask him about his kids; he is definitely a proud papa! You won't regret stopping.

For the next 3+ hours AAA and I called various local auto repair vendors trying to connect with anyone who would come help us. None of the alleged 24 hour service providers would answer our call or return the call. The only one who answered the phone and came to our aid was Brian from Keck's. He answered the phone and came out and worked on our motorhome, in the dark and in the rain on a hot and humid Minnesota day. He couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. We sat on the interstate for almost 4 hours trying to get a hold of anyone who would come. I woulds not hesitate to call him again if I ever need assistance in the Faribault or Owatonna area again.
