This is our neighborhood playground and we love it! Nice play structures, including a good climbing structure and spinners. And bathrooms next to the playground! There is some shade over the playground structures and over the picnic tables. A great sense of community here, too. Every evening there is a great group of families and locals hanging out playing card games or having picnics. It is mostly fenced in, but not fully, so would need to watch younger kids that might run off closely. We also enjoy having a great community center so close! The staff are really nice and they have a great selection of events for all ages. We did the drop-off summer camp (weekday mornings) and are looking forward to trying more classes this fall. There is also a basketball court and a grassy area (with a sign that says no soccer, though, probably bc the ball could land in the street). Oh, also, IKEA is across the street, if want to take a break indoors and play in the ball pit in Småland. Very close to downtown Burbank, too! read more
