Caleb took the time to explain everything clearly, including how the piercings would be done and what to expect. He was very precise with placement, even measuring carefully to make sure everything was symmetrical and that we were both happy with how it looked before starting. After the piercings, he went over the aftercare instructions in detail and made sure we understood how to care for them properly.
